Polish farmers drove their tractors to some 250 cities in Poland on 09 February, 2024. Farmer's unions organised the protests, in which several major cities were completely blocked by tractors, to draw attention to what they say are unfair trade rules, excessive taxes and regulations. In Poznan around a thousand farmers and their tractors blocked all major roads into the city and held a rally in front of the provincial government building.
